Sleep and Safety:
• Develop healthy sleep habits for your baby.
• Encourage safe sleep practices to reduce the risk of SIDS.
• Provide extra supervision, allowing parents to rest for their health and recovery.
Feeding Support:
• Assist with middle-of-the-night feedings (breast or bottle).
• Handle burping, diapering, swaddling, and assisting the baby to return to sleep.
• Support formula preparation and feeding instructions.
Newborn Care:
• Bathing, swaddling, diaper changes, cord care, circumcision care.
• Soothing techniques for a crying baby.
