I am a Registered Nurse and owner of The Mama Coach in Cornwall & SDG. I have experience working in Labour & Delivery/Postpartum and working in Public Health. I am also a Mama to 2 little one’s, so I know first hand the types of challenges these transitions can bring. As nurse and Mama myself, I know the importance of having a trusted support system.
