Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a store credit on unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive your credit via email upon inspection and restocking of your items.
Please note, we do not accept returns on all sale items.

You can add up to 20 items from our expert-curated selection of postpartum recovery products, plus there's room for a baby item (or two!) and an expert-written eBook (sent digitally!).
Yes! Every order order is packed in our eco-friendly craft boxes complete with crinkle paper and our signature branded (and compostable) tissue paper. We'll finish it off with a "Special Gift For You Inside" sticker for an extra thoughtful touch.
You bet! Select the greeting card of your choice at checkout, add a gift message and your recipient's name, and we'll handle the rest.

Don't worry! Our system breaks out your greeting card and gift message separately from the physical products in your box, but rest assured, we'll ship your greeting card (with your handwritten message) with the products you selected all in one box. :)
Postpartum eBooks
Upon a completed purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download your book instantly. We suggest saving it to your phone or computer for easy access.
Nope! Per copyright law, you may not share, duplicate, or distribute these books without written permission from Hello Postpartum.
They sure did! Our eBooks were all authored by experts in their fields, all using the latest evidence in postpartum recovery to support their work.
That's our complete collection of all seven eBooks. When you purchase the Postpartum Care Bundle, you're essentially getting a book for free. Yay, savings!
Sure thing! You can either use your recipient's email at checkout to send the book to them directly or email us at help@hellopostpartum.com after checkout, and we'll send the book download link and your gift message straight to their inbox.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our orders through USPS in the United States and USPS, and DHL for International orders (varies by available rate).
Domestic USPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 or more business days.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days (or more).
Due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
We are a US-based business and ship (almost) everything via our local USPS post office located outside of Seattle, Washington. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping speed and with International orders.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
United States: We offer $8 flat-rate USPS Ground shipping and FREE USPS Ground shipping for orders $125+.
