We source our products from small, mom-focused brands worldwide. They're made with high-quality ingredients and materials, and 95% of them aren't available on Amazon.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a store credit on unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive your credit via email upon inspection and restocking of your items. Please note, we do not accept returns on all sale items.

How do I receive my eBook?

Upon a completed purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download your book instantly. We suggest saving it to your phone or computer for easy access.

How long does it take to get my products?

We ship our orders through USPS in the United States and USPS, and DHL for International orders (varies by available rate). Domestic USPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 or more business days. International shipping could take up to 14 business days (or more). Due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Where is my order shipping from?

We are a US-based business and ship (almost) everything via our local USPS post office located outside of Seattle, Washington. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping speed and with International orders.

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on US orders $150+ before tax* and $8 flat-rate USPS Ground shipping on all other US orders.

Our orders are shipped via USPS delivery services from Seattle, Washington. Please ensure your shipping address can receive USPS mail; otherwise, your package may be returned to us at your expense.

IMPORTANT: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order and in your order confirmation, especially if using Shop Pay, as it may override shipping details depending on your settings.

If a correction is needed, please email us immediately with the recipient's full name, a USPS-friendly address, and order number. However, changes are not guaranteed. Any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility, and as a small family business, we cannot re-ship orders in these cases.

Return Policy

At Hello Postpartum, we want you to love (and need!) what you ordered.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. You'll receive a full product refund upon inspection and restocking, less an $8 return label charge.

Please note: All sale items are final sale. For sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns of undergarments and nipple shields. We do not accept returns of digital products and eBooks.
