We want you to love what you ordered. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund of store credit or original form of payment.

All items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and with all tags present using the prepaid USPS label provided via email.

For sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns of undergarments. Please note: All sale items are final sale.

Please allow 24-48 business hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 business hours to let you know your order is on the way.

• Shipping Methods, Rates, and Estimates

Our orders are shipped via USPS delivery services from Seattle, Washington.

Please ensure your shipping address is able to receive USPS mail; otherwise, provide an alternative, deliverable address.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for domestic and international orders.

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on US orders $125+ before tax and $8 flat-rate USPS Ground shipping on all other US orders.

We offer international shipping to most countries via USPS and DHL. For the most up-to-date information, rates, and available shipping methods, please select your shipping country at checkout and enter your shipping address.
