So, I thought it'd be fun if I gave you a little sneak peek of what some of our recent orders looked like so you can get a better sense of what not only we offer for new parents after birth but also some supportive products that might be so helpful for those who have just given birth. Because trust me, the baby does not need another swaddle.

Okay, let's dive in. So, if you look at our box here, you'll see it is perfectly packed with items from somebody's recent order. Now, on our website, we have options for pre-made ready-to-ship gift boxes. Those are curated with recovery products that I've personally selected based on the ingredients' quality, effectiveness, and what the box is being sent for. Whether it's breastfeeding, C-section, recovery, vaginal birth, recovery, self-care, you name it, we've got a box for it.

In this review, though, we’re sharing about our custom postpartum care packages, so let’s dive in.

Here is our custom postpartum box option, allowing users to go through and select products from our website (I think we have 130+ products available!). You can go through and select products that the recipient will benefit from. What I love about this box option is that you can mix and match items based on how they're feeding, how they gave birth, and what they need support with.

Inside this box, we have our Upside-Down Peri Bottle from Mother Mother. This is a BPA-free Perry bottle from Mother Mother. It has a collapsible neck, which is nice for storage. 

We also have a Botanical Bath Soak. This is a special one because it has arnica in it, which is excellent when you are healing from birth, especially if you have a vaginal birth. It also contains magnesium, which is an essential mineral to have after birth. It can help lower your blood pressure and help with relaxation and muscle tension.

This box also has another bath blend called the Organic Herbal Sitz Bath. This is different from the soothing bath soak mentioned above. It's a traditional sitz bath blend with herbs like witch hazel leaf, lavender, yarrow, and calendula.

We have another herbal Sitz Bath Blend from Anointment, which is herbal and made with sea salt instead of Epsom salt. It comes in these single-use packets that you just toss into the bath, making it easy when you're sleep-deprived and don't want to make anything more tiresome than it should be. So this comes with six packets.

Last, we have the perineal soothing spritz from Mummy's Organic. This is a bath soak in a spray bottle. It has witch hazel, lavender, calendula, and soothing ingredients to help soothe that tender perineal area.

If you had a vaginal birth or had a C-section birth with a lot of pushing beforehand, this is soothing and helps relieve sensitive areas. Trust me, it's a must-have.

In looking at this box, I believe it’s for someone who had a vaginal birth and needs to take care down there and get a lot of soothing relief. So what a lovely gift to receive from someone who's maybe privy to how you gave birth and knows precisely what you need.

Okay, here's another box that was recently ordered with us. What I love about this box is that it's different from the last one. This is more of a self-care-inspired box. Whereas the last one was practical postpartum care. Both are very needed, both very necessary.

In this box, you'll see this Hot/Cold Neck Wrap by Slow North. I received feedback from someone the other day that this wrap specifically was beneficial when their milk came in because your neck and shoulders can get tight and tender as your breasts begin to swell up with milk and start the milk production process. You can also lay it across your chest too as needed.

Pro tip: you can use this wrap along your C-section scar, which is soothing and helpful to promote blood flow which can help encourage faster healing time.

We also have the Restorative Scar Treatment from Nēmah. It is excellent for use on C-section scars if you have one. I have a family member who used it after birth and then Continues to use it with her son now as he, you know, gets so many cuts and scrapes as they are growing up, as they do.

We also have this Mast Organic Dark Chocolate Bar. Because who doesn't want some dark chocolate after you've given birth? I mean, at any time. Let's be honest. We do stock three different types of chocolate on our site. We sell so much chocolate. It is a must-have and such a fun little pick-me-up.

We also have a Script Mama Necklace in this little pouch from Maeve. As you can see, I'm wearing one of their necklaces, the Mama necklace in rose gold. I love how dainty it is. I love how easily it can be layered with different items or necklaces. It looks good with anything that you wear. It can be dressed up or down. It is seriously such a sweet gift for any new mom.

Finally, we have a Bunny Lovey from Ali + Oli. Now, what makes our gift box-building process unique is that we have the option to not only add any expert-written ebook to your custom postpartum box, but you can also add a baby item or two.

Throughout the last year, we’ve found that many people want just to send a little something for the baby, so we offer you that option because I get it. Baby things are cute, right? This customer opted to add one of the loveies, a super cute neutral color. We also offer baby washes, rash balms, baby lotions, and teether toys.
